Policy Updates for Freestyle Footage Regarding Photography and Videography.
Any photography or videography that is used for commercial use beyond social media and short form content, or any content purposes will be subject to copyright laws. This includes paid media, commercials, billboard ads, and any other paid advertising beyond social media and content purposes. This is for clients that use our social media services along with any musicians/artists, or venues/restaurants that have had any photos or videos created pro bono or otherwise.
Copyright of photos and videos can be purchased once you fill out the form and paid the for copyright use.
This is to protect Freestyle Footage's rights of intellectual property and it's subcontractors as well. Any other media sources outside of paid clients will be subject to penalty under law.
